Toyota is doubling down on hybrid powertrains. It means the already thrifty Corolla now scores 52 MPG as a hybrid. That’s 19 MPG better. It’s also much more normal looking than Prius. Which one is right for you? Keep in mind, one is a hatchback, the other is a sedan. Both are built on the TNGA architecture.
